Return & Exchange Policy
1. MP Pharmaceuticals products are non-returnable due to hygiene, health and personal care & consumable nature of the product.
2. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are handed over to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect name, address, Mobile number entered for OTP etc) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer. After placing the order, no request for cancellation of orders, shall be entertained.
3.If the recipient is not available at the designated address, the courier shall make at least total of 2 attempts to deliver the goods at the designated address, however, if they fail to locate or delivery then the goods shall be re-delivered at the delivery cost of the customer.
4. In order to provide good service and timely delivery of goods, please provide us your correct Pin code and Phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified while placing the order, you can send us an e-mail and we will try to accommodate the changes if the goods are not been dispatched from warehouse.
5.In case you would want a refund or replacement, kindly take a picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package & please send us an email with the Images, Order Number, Inner & Outer Packaging to email@example.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 24-72 hours to revert.
6 Please allow us 10 days from the date of return of your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if you receive
- Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
- Wrong product delivery.
- Expired product delivery.
9.In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packaging for successful pick-up and return.
10.Returns will not be accepted if:
I. The product is damaged.
ii.It is with tampered batch number and price
iii.It is without its original packaging.
11. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about. If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery of order.
12.Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if customer Fails to provide adequate information about the case & Failure to provide snapshots of the packaging including packet and box (if any).
14.Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange or Returns Policy. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
